How to Introduce Your Supplement

New to AniForte? Follow these steps to introduce any supplement gradually — making it easier for your pet to adjust and avoiding any unnecessary digestive disruption.

Powders & Supplements

  1. 1.Open the jar and let your pet investigate the powder — getting used to the smell is the first step.
  2. 2.Add a little powder to their meal, mixed with a teaspoon of water, to help it blend in.
  3. 3.As your pet gets comfortable, gradually increase the amount each day until you reach the recommended serving found on your jar.
  4. 4.Feed consistently, every day, and watch how nature supports your pet.

 

Feeding Guides by Product

Find your product below and feed the recommended amount for your pet's weight. When in doubt, start low and build up.

Dogs

Canine Prime — Powder

Dog Size Daily Amount
Small (0–14 kg) 1 scoop (5 ml)
Medium (14–23 kg) 1.5 scoops (7.5 ml)
Large (23 kg+) 2 scoops (10 ml)

Per meal. Mix thoroughly with food. Add a splash of water if feeding dry kibble.

Puppy Prime — Powder

Puppy Weight Daily Amount
All puppies 1 scoop per 5 kg bodyweight

Per meal. Scale to your puppy's weight.

Relax + Restore — Chew

Dog Size Daily Amount
Puppies (up to 5 kg) 1 chew
Small (5–10 kg) 2 chews
Medium (10–25 kg) 4 chews
Large (25 kg+) 6 chews

Once daily. 60 chews per jar. Feed whole or crumble over food.

Denta Soft — Chew

Dog Size Daily Amount
Small (0–10 kg) 1 chew
Medium (10–25 kg) 2 chews
Large (25 kg+) 3 chews

Once daily. 30 chews per jar.

Flexi Protect — Chew

Loading phase (weeks 1–6): Use the doses below. After 6 weeks, reduce to half as your dog's daily maintenance dose.

Cats

Feline 40 — Powder

Cat Size Daily Amount
All cats 1 scoop (1.8 g)

Per meal. Mix into wet or dry food. Add a splash of water for dry food.

Large (5 kg+) 2 chews

Once daily. 60 chews per jar. Feed whole or crumble over food.

Good to Know

  • Always start low and build up — especially important for powders with sensitive pets.
  • For powders, a teaspoon of water helps the supplement blend evenly into kibble.
  • For chews, under-serving may reduce effectiveness — always feed the correct amount for your pet's weight.
  • If your pet is on a prescription diet or medication, check with your vet before introducing any supplement.
