If a product isn’t the right fit for your dog, our team will work with you to find a solution.

For products purchased through www.aniforte.co.uk, customers may contact our support team within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with a product.

Our team will review each request and may offer product advice, replacement, store credit or a refund, depending on the individual situation.

Please note that the satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a product per customer.

Standard Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returned products must:

  • be unopened and unused

  • be in their original packaging

  • have been purchased directly from www.aniforte.co.uk

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the appropriate refund or store credit.

AniForte Professional Returns

All AniForte Professional products are eligible for AniForte Professional's 90-Day Guarantee. This guarantee applies to purchases of up to £300 per order.

If a product isn't the right fit for your pet, contact our team within 90 days of purchase and we will work with you to find the best possible solution. 

For best results with AniForte Professional, we recommend using the product consistently for several weeks, as pets may need an adjustment period when starting a new supplement. The AniForte Professional guarantee means you can try our products for up to three months, while retaining store credit or reimbursement eligibility. 

Most problems with AniForte Professional products can be resolved quickly with feeding or dosage guidance, and our team of friendly experts are always here to help you get the most out of our products.

In some cases, it may be necessary to send the product back to us so our team can review it. You do not need to return the original cardboard box - but customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Once a returned product has been received by our warehouse team, we will process the agreed solution with you. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement products, store credit, or reimbursement via the original payment method.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
