Rose hip powder is made from dried rosehip shells and is one of nature's richest natural sources of vitamin C. It also contains pectins, fruit acids, carotenoids and flavonoids. Together these nutrients support joint health, cartilage maintenance, immune function and skin and coat condition in dogs and cats.
Mix the recommended amount into your dog's daily food. The dose is 2g per 10kg of body weight daily for dogs, and 1g daily for cats. One measuring spoon equals 2g. The powder blends easily into both wet and dry food.
For immune support, benefits can be felt relatively quickly with consistent daily use. For joint health, most owners notice gradual improvements in mobility and stiffness after 4–6 weeks of regular use. Rose hip works best as a long-term daily supplement rather than a short course.
